Building a Command Center and maintaining one are different problems. The program is structured to honor both. Phase 1 is construction. Phase 2 is depth.

This is construction. Each month installs one capability. Fundamentals first. The Command Center is the destination, earned through the program, not the entry point. Members leave Month 6 with a fully working system in their business.

Phase 02 · The Mastermind

Quarterly Anchors.

Month 7 onward · 4 anchor sessions a year + monthly async updates

Once the system is built, the work shifts to deepening, refining, and extending. Quarterly anchor sessions go deep on one capability per quarter. Between anchors, monthly async updates keep the Command Center current as AI evolves.

How The Sessions Run.

Most sessions run virtually. Anchor moments happen in person. Implementation support runs continuously between sessions. Designed for operators who already have full calendars.

Live, interactive, recorded. Members and their teams join from wherever they operate. Each session is built around their real business context, not a generic curriculum.

Anchor Sessions In Person

One or two in-person sessions during Phase 1, location designed around where the room is. The deep work, the relationships, and the unfair advantage of being together for it.

Continuous Support Between

Implementation does not stop when the session ends. Direct access for the duration of Phase 1 so members never get stuck. The Command Center gets built in their business, not just talked about.
